Our Client Service Agreements are offered to client properties requiring regularly scheduled weekly pick-ups absent the need for managers to contact us to schedule services. Our “Reoccurring Weekly Pick-ups” service is a fee-based agreement based on the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) a property is checked by one of our teams for bulky items.
As we only charge for items picked-up, we are not able to make an unscheduled drive-through of a property with the hope of picking up sufficient items to cover our costs. The monthly fee shall be based on the location, size, and configuration of the property. Up to 100% of this fee may be credited each month at the time of invoice if the billing amount for all items picked up exceeds the fee for this service.
