Resident Pick-Ups on Managed Properties

United Property Services, Inc. performs weekly bulky item pick-up services at over 180 apartment communities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. We offer Weekly Bulky Item services to our apartment and homeowner association communities on a weekly basis. We have seen a significant increase in resident-requested pick-ups from several communities. Our Commercial Client Staff is available to take these calls Monday — Friday during regular business hours.

As our billing process is unique to your property, fees should not be discussed with residents as this causes miscommunication between residents, property representatives and UPSI. The following is the process that takes place for a resident to request a pick-up.

  1. The property/community will provide the resident/homeowner with our service request contact number 805-738-7380. They may also send SMS/Text to 805-738-7380.
  2. The resident/homeowner will reach out to UPSI to schedule a pick-up.
  3. UPSI will obtain relevant information needed for the pick-up and discuss fees at this time.
  4. UPSI will schedule the pick-up and provide date/time availability.
  5. Credit card payment is required upon scheduling.

Note: UPSI will not invoice residents as payment is due on receipt at the time of pick-up. If a resident/homeowner requests we bill back the property, authorization from the management company will be required in an email prior to scheduling the pick-up.
