Resident must agree to answer a call from a blocked or restricted number on the day of service to avoid a $50 no-show fee.
Resident must agree to cancel within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
Resident must agree to have your credit card authorized for the amount of the pick-up plus $50.
There is an additional fee for UPSI crew to enter into your residence, you agree to an additional $25 liability fee.
As we strive for excellent customer service, upon entering any residence, our crew is required to wear booties to preserve your flooring.
