Consolidated Billing Policy
Bulky Item invoicing will no longer be done for individual weekly site visits. All properties serviced shall now receive a monthly consolidated billing invoice. The invoice shall contain information referencing each site visit specifically including an itemized list of the items picked up and charges.
Additionally, there will be a date and location stamped on all photographs of all items picked up for each specific visit made to the property.
The exception to this Policy shall include the following:
- Special Pick-ups or Clean-ups performed at the request of Client or Property
- Clean-out Invoice (apartment clients only)
- Property Generated Item Pick-ups (apartment clients only)
